We ship our products within 2 working days of receiving your order. We guarantee delivery to your USA address or to your international border, and at the company’s discretion, we will replace non-delivered kits if reported within 30 days of non-delivery.
Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after they are shipped.
We require a receipt or proof of purchase to make adjustments or cancel an order.
All kits come with a manufacturer’s guarantee. Any damaged or missing items will be replaced or exchanged if reported within 30 days of placing your order.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products; ALL SALES ARE FINAL! We are committed to our customer’s satisfaction with our products. Please email our Customer Service team at help@apotforpot.com. Damaged Items:
When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. We do our very best to securely package product so that it arrives in the best shape possible. However, it is normal for shipping package to show some wear. If damage occurred to the items in your shipment, please contact us. Send an email including your Order # to help@aPotforPot.com; Monday – Saturday. Our Customer Service team will be happy to assist you.
Shipping Damages:
Damage to the loss incurred during shipment is the delivery company’s responsibility. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, if the USPS or tracking indicates the package was delivered, we cannot re-ship orders that have been lost or stolen. Please contact your mail carrier. Claims must be properly filed with the delivery carrier. Although the addressee must initiate damage claims against the shipper. We will be more than happy to assist you.
